Dugan Model E-2 User Guide

Chapter 5: Dugan Control Panel Software

The Dugan Control Panel software has both Java and iPad versions. This chapter

discusses the Java version and notes the iPad app’s few differences.

NOTE: After configuring settings with the Dugan Control Panel, it can be disconnected. All set-

tings are retained and the unit continues to function on its own.

The Dugan Control Panel provides additional controls and features not available

from the hardware front panel:

• Channel weight control

• Channel man mode to bypass automixing with a soft switch

• Eight, twelve, and sixteen channel I/O modes

• Dugan Music System and Gain Limiting

• Groups a, b, and c

• Unit and channel naming

• Preset function to recall favorite settings

• Override function to solo a mic

• Master mute function

• Four auxiliary outputs from a mix bus matrix

• Input and output level meters
